Product Description

1. General-purposed four-column hydraulic press used to press plastic materials such as the forming of powder products and plastic products, the forming of metals, metal sheet stamping, bending, straightening etc.;

2. 4-Column construction provides reliable performance and convenient maintenance;

3. Manual adjusting working mode and semi-automatic cycling mode are available on this machine. Machine commissioning and adjustments are performed by manual adjusting working mode, and its working processes are performed by semi-automatic cycling mode;

4. Cartridge valves are furnished in the hydraulic system, offering reliable performance, a long service life, a minimum hydraulic shock and reducing the connection circuits and leakage points;

5. PLC electrical control system, working in combination with the hydraulic system, carries out accurate processing cycles on the machine;

6. Centralized controlling buttons offer two operation modes inclusive of adjustment and double-hand single-cycle. Foot pedal for start / stop;

7. On control panel, two forming processes - fixed pressure and fixed-distance can be realized with pressure maintaining and time delaying functions;

8. Working pressures and distances are adjustable.
