Product Description

1. Carbide cutters, ceramic cutters and high-speed steel cutters can be fitted on these heavy duty engine lathes to turn cylindrical surfaces, tapered surfaces, end surfaces, curved surfaces and cut slots, threads and drill on heavy and large workpieces;

2. Single-piece machine base with bed ways hardened and precision ground. Bed ways consist of two flat ways and one auxiliary flat ways;

3. Main transmission is carried out by AC motors or DC motors on these heavy duty lathes. Wide range of spindle speeds is provided;

4. Tool post guideways are embedded with quenched alloy steel strips and precision ground to minimize the friction;

5. Longitudinal transmission racks are quenched and provide feeding motion and rapid traverse;

6. Digital readout, grinding attachment and cooling system can be provided on customer request.
