Product Description

 

1. This CNC-BS500-500X500 CNC automatic double-column horizontal band saw is applicable of mass and continuous productions;
2. PLC control system can set one group of several different data for continuous cutting. Single bars or bundles of bars can be preset to cut to certain lengths on the touch screen;
3. Touch screen operation system. Multiply languages are available on the interface display of this CNC band saw, inclusive of English, Russian, etc. on your request;
4. Manual and automatic operation are both available;
5. Use the imported grating to control the feeding length, high accuracy;
6. Optional: electric shaftless spiral chip conveyor for entirely displace all the tiny chips; M42, M51 bi-metal blades; inverter for blade speed; additional feed rack;
7. Maximum feeding stroke can be adjusted within 0 - 1000mm by presetting on the touch screen of this band saw;
8. Larger cutting capacity up to cutting Round 2000mm and Square 2000x2000mm can be done on request.
