Product Description

1. This series of CNC roll lathes take the rough turning and the finish turning on the rolls or various types of shafts;
2. These CNC roll lathes are powerful and take heavy cuttings with great rigidity. It can perform well in a long time operation;
3. Triangular-way integral base, four-way integral base and four-way separated base are available. The tool post guideways are embedded with steel to prolong its service lift on these CNC roll lathes;
4. Main transmission on these CNC roll lathes are driven by AC servo motors;
5. The spindle is supported on the high precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings. It has the optimal design with large outer diameter for the spindle and the optimum supporting span in the headstock to enhance the rigidity of the spindle and the supporting structure in the headstock. The heavy-duty centers with flanged connection fitted on both the spindle nose and the taistock spindle nose;
6. AC servo motor drives the feeding system. The cross travel is driven by the high precision ball screws. The longitudinal travel is driven by either the ball screws or the backlash-eliminating double-pinion & rack transmission mechanism. For lathes with its distance-between-centers less than 5000 mm, the ball screws are adopted as the longitudinal transmission mechanism for lathes with its d. B. C. Above 500 mm, the backlash-eliminating double-pinion & rack mechanism is adopted as the longitudinal transmission mechanism;
7. SIEMENS, Fanuc, KND, GSK etc. CNC systems are optional.
