Product Description
1. Heavy duty conventional horizontal engine lathe with swing over bed 1600mm, distance between centers 5000mm, bed width 1100mm, maximum workpiece weight 13 metric tons;
2. Heavy duty flat bedways supersonice frequency quenched and precision ground to guarantee long-term stable accuracy in operations;
3. Geared headstock provides stepless speeds in two gears for the spindle to provide convenient operation;
4. Bedways are protected with retractable protection shield;
5. Steady rest, roller support (on option), heavy-duty tailstock are supplied with the lathe;
6. Electricity devices inclusive of control cabinet will be supplied with the lathe to make the machine being at "plug-then-run" ready status for operations.
7. Distance between centers is as an option from customer and can be any length such as 6000mm, 8000mm, 10000mm, 12000mm, 18000mm to be enough to carry the workpeices.
