1. 1000mm 6-Jaw self-centering scroll chucks, chuck base made of casting steel, 2-piece bolt-on top jaws;
2. Various chuck mounts like A2-11/15/20, C11, D11, DIN 55027 etc. mounts are optional;
3. This 1000mm 6-jaw self-centering chuck can also be made into large-bore type to be mounted on oil country lathes, or be mounted on other pipe processing machines on which the workpices pass through the large bore on the chuck;
4. Bolt-on type top jaws and soft jaws are available;
5. High quality cast iron or steel made chuck bodies;
6. Can be custom made to ever much large self-centering chuck with diameter such as 2500mm;
7. Number of jaws on our large self-centering chucks are decided by customers. This is an advantage especially for applications where thin-wall workpieces are to be held on the self-centering chucks, as large number of jaws will spread the clamping force widely and evenly to prevent workpieces from being deformed.
