1. General-purposed gantry 100-ton hydraulic press used in workshops to press plastic materials such as the forming of powder products and plastic products, the forming of metals, metal sheet stamping, bending, straightening etc. Upon requests it can be customized to exert higher pressing forces like 200, 300, 500, 630 tons;
2. Cylinder moves in left-right direction. Its piston speeds are steplessly adjustable and up/down shifts are performed with a handle;
3. Worktable is elevated by cylinder and its positions can be changed. The cylinder elevation for the worktable reduces greatly the work labor density;
4. Foot pedal for start and stop;
5. On request, motorized hydraulic pump on this machine can be changed to a combination of hand- and motor-driving pump or a hand-driving pump;
6. Hydraulic unit is separately installed on floor, but on request it can also be attached to the frame of the hydraulic press to make the whole machine more impact.
