Product Description

1. This plain vertical milling machine is suitable for milling flat surfaces, inclined surfaces, grooves and slots, and drilling or boring holes on workpieces. Its milling head can swivel by 45 degrees in the vertical plane both clockwisely and anti-clockwisely. Equipped with the special accessories, this plain vertical milling machine can machine various workpieces in complex shapes;
2. Vertical square rectangular guideways and the cross double rectangular guideways ensure very stable movements for the worktable on this vertical plain milling machine. All the guideways are furnished with anti-friction measurements for a long time operations free of wearing;
3. The worktable performs manual feeds, power feeds and rapid traverses in all the longitudinal direction, the cross direction and the vertical directions;
4. The large range of spindle speeds, combined with the large feed travels of the worktable, allows the high-speed cutters or the carbide cutters to be fitted on this machine to mill fine surfaces;
