Product Description

1. This knee-type universal horizontal milling machine is heavy-duty, it has a large worktable as 2000x428mm. This machine is suitable for milling the flat surfaces, the inclined surfaces, the formed surfaces etc. with the face milling cutters, the cylindrical milling cutters, the side milling cutters, the bevel milling cutters and the formed milling cutters;

2. Worktable on this milling machine swivels by 45 degress in both the clockwise direction and the anti-clockwise direction. The worktable can perform manual feeds, power feeds and rapid traverses in all the longitudinal, cross and vertical directions;

3. Cantilever mounted control box offeres convenience for operations;

4. Mechanical clutches are furnished for diretion-changing on all the longitudinal direction, the cross direction and the vertical direction for high safety in operation. Mechanical safty clutches are furnished in the feeding gearbox to ensure safety of the mechanical components and the electrical components;

5. On customer request, a Digital Readout system can be mounted to monitor accurately the real-time movements of the worktable on this knee-type universal horizontal milling machine.
