Product Description

Tooling blocks installed on the pallet of a machining center to setup and clamp multiple workpieces in one single setup.

1. High-strength, high-density close grained cast iron made for high stability and rigidity;

2. Fine machined and hand scraped to guarantee high-precision surface;

3. T-slots with 18mm width, H8 tolerance as per DIN-650;

4. Tapped holes fitted with threaded inserts, vertical tenon slots, edge locator tapped holes, coolant draining holes can be provided as per request;

5. Working faces flatness, squareness and parallelism are within 0.02mm over 300mm length;

6. Other special features can be provided as per requested.
