1. OD 1250 mm 4-jaw independent heavy-duty chuck, back mount matching A2-15 (DIN 55026) or C-15 bayonet disk fastening (DIN 55022, 55027), or D1-15 camlock fastening (DIN 55029) fitted with bolt-on box type floatingjaws, especially suitable for clamping workpieces of tapered shape. Fixed type top jaws are also available. This OD 1250mm A2-15 heavy-duty chuck is widely used on horizontal lathes, deep-hole boring machines, or other types machines on which workpiece of tens-of-Tons are to be held;
2. 4 Sets of box jaws are fitted on top of chuck base by bolting them on with Allen bolts and T-nuts inserted in the T-slots. On request, other numbers of jaws, such as 6 and 8, can be offered;
3. Chuck back mount can be A2, D1, C, or other types on request to match the machine spindle noses;
4. Chuck can be produced in large-bore type on request to passing the workpiece through the chuck and the spindle bore;
5. Other ODs such as 1400, 1500, 1600, 1800, 2000mm chucks can be customzied on request;
6. Can be made into self-centering chucks;
7. Widely used on horizonta lathes, vertical lathes, deep hole borers, welding machines or other machines.
