Product Description

1. This NC rotary table is interfaced with the controlling systems on the CNC machines and used as a rotary indexer or the full 4th axis on CNC machining center. This rotary table, with high radial runout precision as 0.005mm and high top face runout precision as 0.015mm, can be used as an automatic precision measuring rotary table driven by a servo motor, a stepping motor, or just an asynchronous motor controlled by a programmable controller;

2. Compact design on this rotary table and high rigidity to carry a load up to 4000KGs. Its clamping torque is high as 6150 N. M under 1.5 MPa oil pressure or as 2050 N. M under 0.5 MPa air pressure. Therefore, this NC rotary table is able to take great cutting forces in heavy-cutting machining processes;

3. High indexing accuracy as 15 arc seconds and high repeatability as 4 arc seconds. This rotary table is especially suitable for precision machining process;

4. This NC rotary tables are compatible with all brands of standard servo motors.
