Product Description

1. This slotting machine is widely used to process flat surfaces, mould parting surfaces and key-slots on parts. It is especially suitable for the single-piece production or the small-batch production in workshops;

2. Double cranks on this slotting machine provide stable motions for the ram in slotting operations;

3. The worktable is controlled and driven by the feeding system integrated with the PLC control system and the servo motor. And the worktable can be power driven to rotate and postion the workpiece accurately. Thus multiple key slots on a workpiece can be conveniently slotted by continuously feeding the worktable with the feeding data simutaneously shown on the displayer;

4. The start and stop of this slotting machine is controlled by the electromagnetic clutches;

5. Oil pump supplies lubricant to all the lubrication positions on this machine;

6. This slotting machine is designed elaboratedly with high standardization, serialization, generalization and high automation grade and featured with the compact and harmonical structure, pleasing appearance and convenient maintenance.
