OD 800mm 3-jaw self-centering chuck with small bore diameter, very long master jaws to prevent swarf from entering the internal mechanisms. We can customize chucks as per your specific requirements on numbers of jaws, chuck diameters, chuck back mounts etc.
Chuck jaws number can be 3, 4, 6 or others. Its back mounts can totally be customed to internationally recognized A, C, D short-taper direct mounting or plain cylindrical mounts, according to your machine's spindle nose type.
Can widely be used on horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, deep-hole boers, machining centers (in combination with a rotary table), welding positioners. plasma cutters, etc.
ODs can be made up to 2200mm, and IDs can be large for matching oil country lathes.
