2. Vertical guideways, column, machine base and sliding carriage etc. are made of high-grade and high-strength gray cast iron through resin sand casting, ensuring the very high rigidity for this vertical lathe;
3. All the guideways on the vertical column and the sliding carriage etc. are rectangular and plastic coated to greatly reduce the frition, and have been hardened with high-frequency quenching and precision ground to ensure high accuracy in the long-term operations of this vertical lathe;
4. Machine spindle runs at variable speeds driven by a variable-fequency motor of 15KW, making the machine can perform heavy cutting and semi-finish and finish machining;
5. Both vertical and horizontal feedings are automatically performed with servo motors and protection devices are furnished on both directions (vertical and horizontal). Counterweight devices on the vertical direction greatly extend the life span of the ball screws.
6. Special-purposed lead screw bearings are equipped to support ends of ball screws on both horizontal and vertical directions to guarantee the turning precision of this vertical lathe;
7. Electrical lubrication pump offers periodical lubrications on all the ball screws and guideways, greatly extending their life spans;
8. Rack type tool holder or electrical NC turret can equipped on this vertical lathe to make the operations convenience and greatly increase the proficiency;
9. Special-purposed tooling such as the hydraulic power chucks, special chuck jaws etc. can be provided on customer's request;
