1. 3000x1200x1500mm T-slotted angle plates, customized to be used on a large CNC boring mill, serving in manufacturing parts and components for aerospace industries. Often these angle plates are used in pair to setup huge works. Two angle plates can be mounted on the machine bed side-by-side or being stacked. With these T-slotted angle plates the machining scope of the machine will be sufficiently vertically enlarges with multiple setup planes;
2. These large T-slotted angle plates are made of HT-250 grey cast iron, heat treated with annealment, and its vertical surface flatness accuracy reaches 0.08mm across the whole height 3000mm after being machine on high-precision CNC machining centers;
3. T-slots, tapped holes or other types of clamping elements can be produced on the precision surface of the angle plates. On requests, we can produce maximum five planes as setup clamping surfaces with T-slots or other clamping features as you need;
