Product Description

1. Main parts, except the ram, are made of high-greade gray cast iron via resin sand casting process. The ram is made of ductile iron which features high strength and rigidity to withstand loading impacts and abrasion;
2. Rectangular guideways on column, rail and ram have been hardened to a hardness above HRC 50 via high-frequency quenching and precision ground. Teflon soft belt is coated on the guideways to greatly reduce the frition and retain long-term accuracy for the guideways;
3. All gears are made of alloy steel 20CrMnTi, hardened and precision ground from low noise operation and accurate transmission. Precision Grade 6 for all gears offers accurate transmission at low noisy level;
3. Variable-frequency main motor of 45 KW (optional as 55 KW), combined with heavy-duty transmission gearbox, enables the vertical lathe to undertake heavy cutting with a high proficiency;
4. Constant linear speeds and taper turning capacity are available on this vertical lathe;
5. Semi-closed protection, chip conveyor, chip conveyor cart, coolant system, oil cooling system etc. on this vertical lathe;
6. Water-proof worktable with rectangular oil tray to collect coolant, thus there will be no contamination into the internal structures of the worktable and bench;
7. Worktable spindle is supported by high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearings to achieve high concentricity accuracy;
