1. OD 1000mm 4-jaw independent chuck has its base made of high-density closed grained HT-350 grey cast iron. Its bore diameter is 140mm to extend the chuck's clamping range. On request, the chuck base can also be made of steel.
2. Jaws are made of forgings with hardness of HRC 55 and have been precision ground. One-piece style solid jaws and two-piece style bolt-on jaws can be provided on this chuck, on request from the Buyer.
3. Chuck back mount is A2-11 short-taper type, which is internationally recognized. On requests, other types of back mounts such as A2-15, A2-20, A2-28, C-15, C20, C28, D-15, D-20, D-28 can be produced.
4. Versatility in applications includes being mounted on lathes, milling machines, CNC machines, welding positioners, etc.
