Product Description

1. This series of NC turrets are widely used on slant-bed CNC lathes to perform turning, drilling, boring etc.;
2. 8- or 12-Station available for options;
3. High-precision triplex-joint Hirth couplings as the indexing components, enabling these NC turrets to be compact in structure, high precision in indexing, and high reliability;
4. These NC turrets rotate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions and always define the shortest tool path for each tool-station;
5. Power tool post modular is integrated on these NC turrets to expand the machine's working scope in one single setup of workpieces;
6. Servo motors are integrated inside these NC turret to automatically index the tool stations under the controls from the machine's CNC system;
7. Various kinds of turret discs can be specially ordered from us, along with various tool holders which can also been custom made and specially ordered from us.
