Product Description
1. Used for direct or indirect dividing during milling, drilling and grinding operations etc. with accessories for the different dividings during machining on slots, teeth and planes.24-Hole plate allows dividings in 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24. And three other plates as standard accessories make indirect dividings in any numbers of 20 - 50 and 51 - 380;
2. Major casing parts are made of high-density and high-strength gray cast iron, providing high rigidity for these BS-0, BS-1 semi-automatic dividing heads. Indexing spindle, worm, direct indexing pin, indirect indexing pin and centers are hardened and precision ground to ensure high accuracy for the dividing heads' performance;
3. Change gear set, chucks (3-jaw or 4-jaw etc.), dividing heads and other accessories are available to extend greatly the working scope of these dividing heads.
