Product Description

1. Various kinds of screws rods such as plastic extruder screw rods, worm shafts, screw pump rotators with equal or different pitches, slot depths can be produced on this machine;
2. Servo motors are furnished for the spindle, the longitudinal-feeding ball screw and the cross-feeding ball screw. The spindle, the longitudinal feeding and the cross feeding can perform simultaneous motions under the controls from the Fanuc 0i-M controller fitted on this screw rod milling machine;
3. One-piece machine base for this screw rod milling machine. Bed ways are hardened with high-frequency quenching and precision ground to enjoy long term service life. Guide ways on the carriage are plastic coated to obtain minimal friction coefficient to enable the carriage to move very stably along the bed ways;
4. Milling head offers mechanical 2-gear speed changing, with infinitely variable speeds within each gear;
5. Roughness achieved to be Ra 3.2μm. Pitch tolerance is less than 0.06mm/300mm.
