Product Description

1. Used as an accessories combined with a floor boring mill to extend the machine's machining scope;

2. The guideways on the bed of the rotary table are shielded by the stainless telescopic covers;

3. Robust bed made from high strength, high rigidity close-grained cast iron in cross-ribbed structure. It has a high loading capacity and allows the rotary table to especially carry and clamp heavy workpieces under cutting;

4. A length gauge with the minimum graduation as 0.1mm is mounted on the left side of the bed on the rotary table;

5. PTEF plastic-coated guideways on the sliding carriage guarantee it to slide along the bed of the rotary table with the minimum friction and no creep;

6. Both the rotation of the clamping table and the linear movement of the sliding carriage can be adjusted either manually or automatically in rapid feeds or cutting feeds;

7. Hydraulic / mechanical brake systems are mounted on the rotary table to offer a high clamping forces on the sliding carriage and the clamping table to ensure the rotary table to allow heavy cutting forces;

8. High positioning accuracy as ± 6 Seconds can be obtained on this rotary table benefitting from the optical sighting device mounted on the rotary table. 360 Degrees scale is furnished around the cylindrical outer surface of the round guideways on the bottom of the clamping table among which the minimum graduation is 1 Degree.
