Product Description

1. Very rigid OEM forged wheels for heavy-duty machines such as port cranes, stackers/reclaimers in mining, shiploaders, etc. on which these forged wheels travels on the tracks;

2. Materials are selected as per customers' requests. Carbon steels, spring steels, alloy steels, stainless steels are optional. These forged wheels are manufactured as per standards ASTM, ASME, JIS, EN, DIN, etc. as customers specify;

3. Manufacturing processes include ingot, forging, ultrasonic test, heat treatment and machining. The forgings are fine grained, fully killed and vacuum degassed. CNC machine tools ensure the precision and workmanship;

4. On each wheel, the tread and the inner flange surfaces are case hardened to HRC 58-62 uniformly with an effective hardened depth more than 8mm or other depth specified by customers, the hardness of the hub, web and bore are less than HB 300;

5. Can be made into single- or double-flanged types.
