General Description:
High-rigidity, high-precision and high precision-retainability full function slant bed CNC oil country lathe. It is specially used for threading casings, processing outer threads of diameters 60.3 - 190 mm and inner threads of diameters of 140 - 340 mm. Taper threads inclusive of round threads, buttress threads or other types of threads as per API 5CT, API 5B specifications can be cut on this oil country lathe.
Large-span headstock frame structure and optimum bearings arrangement enhance the rigidity for the headstock frame. Enlarged bed ways offer high strength and high dynamic & static rigidity for the machine.
Siemens, Fanuc, GSK, KND CNC control systems etc. are options.
Major Components:
One-piece construction machine base are made of high-strength, high-density and close-grained grey cast iron through resin sand casting. It features high rigidity, perfect shock-absorbing capacity and high thermal stability. Wide-span Switzerland made linear cylindrical rolling guides are adopted. The machine has high loading capacity, perfect dynamical responsibility and high precision-retainablity with the low-speed stick-slip motions being eliminated.
High precision through-bore spindle is supported with high quality large-diameter double-row precision cylindrical roller bearings in combination with the precision bi-directional angular contact ball bearings and has high rigidity and high precision. The lubrication grease under worldwide famous brands are adopted, the machine has been assembled under constant-temperature & purified environment and tested with the precision static-balancing, therefore, the spindle driven by the AC variable-frequency motor features high rigidity and outputs high torques at low speeds.
High precision, high quality X-Axis and Z-Axis ball screw pairs supported with Japan NSK special ball screw bearings, features high rigidity, high thermal-distortion resistance and high feeding accuracy.
Centralized operation panel, ergonomic pleasing designs on workpiece loading height, chip removal height and height of display offer convenient and prompt operations on this machine.
Row type tool post offers quick and reliable tool changing. Self-centering chuck offers reliable clamping.
Well-sealed electricity cabinet is equipped with the air conditioner and has the function of fault diagnose with faults being displayed on the screen.
Centralized automatic lubrication system ensure every lubrication point to be lubricated reliably and adequately.
