Product Description

3500x2000x300mm T-slotted floor plates are made of HT-250 grey cast iron, its hardness is HB 170 - 240. These T-slotted floor plates have various applications in many industries such as motor test, gearbox assembly and test, engine test, valve & compressor test etc.. We produce them on CNC gantry machining centers to obtain high precisions of flatness, roughness, thus these T-slotted floor plates can also be adopted as the bed plates for floor-type boring mills.

All our T-slotted floor plates are made of close-grained grey cast iron HT-250 and machined on CNC gantry machining centers to achieve high precision on these plates. 

T-slots conform to DIN 650 or other standards. Flatness conforms to DIN 876. Also on request, their specifications can be made to order.
