Product Description

Features:
1. Feed and dressing movements are controlled by two independent driving systems. Fixed-distance grinding is adopted. Feed movements can be carried out manually or hydraulically;

2. The grinder is equipped with jumping mechanism, so it is unnecessary to reset the tool after returning the grinding wheel for measuring or dressing;

3. The grinder is equipped with a hydraulic switch valve to ensure safety during loading or unloading the workpiece;

4. A grinding wheel spindle with speed as 18, 000 RPM is optional for grinding bores with diameters in the range of 20-50 mm;

5. To customer's request, the grinder can be equipped with the end-face grinding device so as to ensure the verticality between the end-face and the bore of the workpiece.
