1. Our 4-jaw independent chucks have wide applications in metal lathe turning, pipe threading, welding, etc. They can always be custom made even for only one piece to meet your special requirements.
2. Cast steel made chuck for premium regidity.
3. Top jaws are 2-piece bolt-on type to have more flexiblity to be re-positioned to clamp various diameters and shapes of workpieces quickly.
4. Chuck mounts can be D11, A2, C... etc. types as per customer requirements.
5. Chucks of 800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, 1400mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, 2500mm etc. are our standard sizes, but you can request for other special sizes from us.
6. For large chucks which are to be mounted on heavy-duty horizontal lathes or vertical lathes, we can furnish on them the independent boring mill jaws.
