1. Steel ball flashing machine is used in the second process of steel ball production right after the ball blanks rolling/cold heading process to maximum remove the stock from ball blanks. This ball flashing macine is widely used in bearing manufacturing or other industries where steel balls are produced.
2. This ball flashing machine is horizontally installed to enlarge its circulating scope for ball flashing process. The tilting ball blanks feeding tray has adjustable tilting angle to ensure the workpieces' smooth, even and stable feeding in and outletting. Meanwhile, the feeding tray is driven by frequency converter motor so that it speeds are stepless.
3. Machine bases are in box type structure. Headstock and tailstock are connected with a rigid bridge plate to ensure the machine to have premium rigidity.
4. Machine spindle is driven by a double-speed motor.
5. Independent hydraulic power station.
6. Automatic flashing in the whole production process.
7. Automatic safety protection to peform protection when the spindle is overloaded and jammed to both the operator and the machine.
8. Chips and swarf are automatically duly removed to improve the flashing quality and enlong the machine operation life.
