Product Description

1. High precision, high output torque CNC horizontal lathe for machining in mass productions. It performs turning on external or internal cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, other complex surfaces, slotting, threading, boring and reaming etc.;
2. Bed ways high frequency quenching hardened and precision ground for a long-term precision operations;
3. High precision integral internal recycling ball screws are equipped on both X-axis and Z-axis. They are properly preloaded and support on special angular-contact ball bearings, thus they performs with more flexibility, minimum thermal deformation and stable accuracy;
4. Electrical NC turret can either be vertical 4-station, or horizontal 6- or 8-station;
5. Chuck can be manual 3-jaw self-centering chuck, hydraulic power chuck or pneumatic power chuck on request of customers;
6. Tailstock can be manual type or hydraulic power tailstock;
7. Full enclosure protection hood;
8. GSK 928TE CNC system. On request, Fanuc, Siemens or other makes of CNC systems can be furnished;
9. Manual pulse generator can be furnished on this machine to enable more convenient operations.
