Description:
1. Very rigid double square columns conslidated with cross beam, fabricated with high-strength steel;
2. Saw head moves along high precision linear guide rails fitted on the square column. Its feedings are driven by double hydraulic cylinders accurately moving simultaneously and balancing each other, thus their precisions and stability are guarranteed in sawing processes;
3. Hydraulic controlled steplessly adjustable feeding speeds for the saw head. The saw head is eqipped with a converter motor which allows steplessly adjustments for the blade's linear speeds.
4. Hydraulically driven blade guiding arm, hydraulic blade tension device, chip brush and hydraulic work clamping vise enhance the safety and convenience of the operations of this gantry band saw.
