1.    CNC-SSM200X650 CNC 6-axial high-speed spline shaft milling machine mills and hobs various kinds of spur/helical tooth spline / pinion and the spur / helical coupling gear shafts / spline shaft, also it can mill tapered splines and stepped gears. This machine is highly productivity and suitable for mass production of spline shafts, transmission shafts and gears in industries like automob ile transmission parts and components, tractor parts and components and gear productions. The 6-axial CNC system and the AC spindle motor for driving cutters enables the machine to have high power and perform very stably;

2.    Wide speeds range for the hobbing cutter allows the cutter spindle speeds to be preset within 200 - 1200 RPM and steplessly adjustable, thus the machine provides much flexibility and more available selections on processing data formulations and adoptions of optimum cutters;

3.    This CNC spline hobbing machine dramatically increases the cutting efficiency in the productions of spline shafts. Equipped with the new types of carbide hobs, under the forced-air cooling condition, this machine can perform dry cutting with high efficiency and thus realizes environment friendly green manufacturing. Meanwhile, this machine is also equipped with liquid cooling system for wet cutting;
