Product Description

1. T-slotted angle plates widely used as workholdings on CNC boring mills, which provides a precision vertical clamping plane so that the cutters reach the workpieces from more positions. It can be mounted on either the floor bed plates of the machines, all the CNC rotary table integerated with the machine, it also is used as workholding in other kinds of applications such as equipment assembly and test;

2. These T-slotted angle plates are totally customized. Commonly used material is HT-250 grey cast iron. On request other material like steel can be used. Hardness on these T-slotted angle plates is HB170-240;
