1. Our bolster plates are made of cast steel or steel plate and are designed to hold in place the lower die shoe. They are precision machined and attached to the top surface of the press beds;
2. As per customers requirements, our bolster plates can be made from carbon steels or alloy steels exactly according to customers specific requirements;
3. The hardness of top surface of our bolster plates are within a range of HB 320-380 to ensure excellent abrasion resistance and twice annealing heattreatments have been processed at temperatures within a range of 600-700 degrees Celsius to prevent the bolster plates from distortion and remain stable accuracy on them in long-term operations;
4. Flatness accuracy of our bolster plates top surface conforms to DIN 876 Specifications;
5. T-slots, round holes and other features can be machined on these bolster plates as per customers specific requirements;
6. Sizes are available from 200x200mm to 3000x6000mm and larger.
