2. The base, box-column and worktable on this vertical milling machine are made of GG-25 high-density close-grained grey cast iron to ensure high rigidity and stability;
3. Extra wide box guideways ensure maximum stability and precision at high table loads on this vertical milling machine;
4. All the gears, shafts, guideways and worktable surfaces are hardened and precision ground on this vertical milling nachine;
5. Extreme rigid milling head swivels ± 45 degrees in the vertical plane. It is equipped with the power motor 15KW can perform heavy cutting. Manual quill feed can be taken for micro-feeds during milling and drilling, even with tilted milling head;
6. A 3-axis-position digital readout system as an option can be mounted on this vertical milling machine to real-time monitor the movements of the worktable and the milling head on this vertical milling machine.
