2000x1000x1000mm T-slotted cast iron angle plates are custom made as workholding on a boring mill to enlarge the machining scope. Its vertical surface has T-slots of DIN 650 specifications as clamping features. On request, threaded hole can also be produced on the clamping surface.
This T-slotted cast iron angle plate is made of HT-250 grey cast iron closed grained with high density. It has been processed with annealment to relieve its internal stress so that it can be free from distortion in a long term.
The T-slotted angle plates can be entirely custom made to order with all its specifications meeting your requirements. Popularly they are used as workholding on boring mills tables to service as an additional setup plane.
