Product Description

1. OD 1400mm 4-jaw independent chucks, back mount available as A2-15, A2-20, D1-15, plain short-cylinder type as per your specific requirements;
2. Usually this chuck fits with the lathe spindle nose, or other machines' spindle noses;
3. Chuck base is made of high-density HT-350 grey cast iron, or casting steel on request;
4. Bolt-on 2-piece type top jaws, offering easier adjustments on the chuck's clamping diameter range;
5. In case it is to be used on a vertical lathe, its master jaws can be customized to be extra long with a length covering the whole sliding guideways;
6. Top jaws can be customized to be extra long or high to clamp workpieces of specially irregularly shaped;
7. Jaws number can be customed to other numbers like 5, 6, 8, etc. on request.
