Product Description

CNC oil country lathe with spindle bore 360mm and bed width as 755mm. Used to turn threads as per API 5CT, API 5D, API 7 Specifications on casings, tubings, drill pipes and drill collar etc.;

One-piece construction machine base made of high-density close-grained cast iron via resin casting process. Bed ways are quenched and precision ground to have the high rigidity and the long-term accuracy-retaining ability;

Main motor is installed at the rear of machine. Headstock case is one-piece construction to gain the high rigidity. Motor power is transmitted into the headstock via V-belts;

All gears in the headstock have been hardened and precision ground. The spindle has been fine machined and processed with strict heat-treatment specifications to have high rigidity and stability. High quality precision bearings are used to support the spindle;

Double chucks mounted on both rear and front of headstock. An auxiliary supporting device can be supplied as an option which is located at the opposition of the headstock to carry the long pipe passing through the spindle;
