1. This CNC vertical lathe is suitable for high-precision and high-proficiency machining disk type parts of complex shape. Its hydraulic power chuck setups and unclamps workpieces quickly. This vertical lathe is widely used to turn vehicles' rims, hubs, clutch housings, differential housings with a high productivity and reliability;
2. Double rectangular guideways on column, hardened and precision ground, with guideway width 100mm, offering high abrasion resistance and a long service life span;
3. The base on this vertical lathe adopts square box closed structure and the thinwall ribbed arrangement with symmetric section and good structure stability;
4. Rigid structure and high output torque of this vertical lathe enables it to understake heavy cutting;
5. Integrated automatic lubrication system makes the maintenance convenient;
6. Vertical structure, small occupation area, convenient installation feature on this vertical lathe;
7. Can form a production unit, used for automatic production line.
8. The fully enclosed safety space design and the protection covers ensure the machine accuracy and service life.
