Product Description
1. High-strength close-grained cast iron GG-25 made. Also can be made of nodular cast iron or casting steel on request. Strictly made as per customer technical requirements. They are especially needed in occassions of vertical lathe refurbishments or repaires.
2. Hardness HB170-240 if made of GG-25 grey cast iron. High strength for these chucks.
3. Surface hardened, precision ground to have high flatness accuracy and a fine roughness Ra1.6.
4. T-slots sizes and arrangements can be made to meet customer requirements. And boring mill jaws will be bolted on these chucks.
5. Custom made to any sizes on request.
