Product Description
This series indexer utilizes a worm and worm wheel type indexing. It is an ideal accessory for NC millers, NC borers and CNC machining centers as well as for semi-automatic precision millers, borers etc...It is designed by applying air pressure (or hydraulic pressure) to clamp and unclamp the spindle. Matched with NC control console, servo motor and encoder, high accurate indexing to any desired angles can be achieved.
This indexer spindle utilizes a standard register taper. With the aid of face plate, chuck, 5C or 3J collets and tailstock, indexing and cutting for different kinds of workpieces such as long bars or shafts can be performed.
