3000x1200x1200mm T-slotted angle plate in piggy back type of 2-piece contruction. Either the upper angle plate and the lower angle plate can operate independently as workholdings on boring mills or other machine tools;
HT-250 gray cast iron heat treated with annealment to eliminate its internal stress to the minimum so that in long operation it is free from distortion. Hardness is in the range of HB 170 - 220;
T-slots are DIN 650 22H12, 125mm apart from each other. The T-slots can be totally customized with your requested dimensions and center distances;
2-Piece in contruction enables this angle plate provide versatile workholding functions;
This 3000x1200x1200mm T-slotted angle plate is customized for a Soraluce FP 6000 mill. And all sizes and shapes can be customized into the T-slotted angle plates as you want.
