Features:

1. Integral guideways on the bed with high rigidity and the precision of the table's longitudinal travel is high;

2. Table longitudinal travel and grinding head cross travel are driven by hydraulic force at stepless speeds;

3. The grinding head has its motor mounted internally and features a compact structure, high rigidity and accuracy;

4. Front end of the spindle is mounted on plain bearings which have cylindrical internal surface and tapered external surface and features a long service life and maintenance ease;

5. Grinding head's vertical feeds are hand-driven and is equipped with the quick lifting/lowing device to eliminate the labor intensity and increase operation efficiency;

6. Guideways on the table are adhered with soft bands to increase resistance to abrasion and decrease the energy consumption;

7. The grinder is equipped with an independent hydraulic power unit and an automatic lubrication system;

8. Magnetizing/Demagnetizing device is equipped with the grinder to make the load/unload of workpieces easy;
