Product Description
[1] The spindles of this universal milling head can rotate in the planes perpendicular to each other. It can not only perform vertical milling and horizontal milling, but also complete many planes, edges and flutes at various angles by one single setup. It is especially suitable for machining of single workpiece, small batch production and repairing work;
[2] Taper of its spindle bore is Morse Taper No. 4 or 7: 24 (Diameter 44.45 mm) as per customers selection;
[3] It swivels up to 360 degress in both the horizontal plane and the vertical plane;
[4] The transmission between this universal milling head and the milling machine is 1: 1;
[5] 7: 24 (Diameter 44.45 mm or 69.85 mm) Taper fitting with the spindle of the milling machine;
[6] Entirely custom made to match with boring mills and milling machines as per the spindle nose features.
