Product Description
1. The 60-degree conical surface has a roughness less than or equal to Ra0.40μ M., a radial runout tolerance as 0.025mm related to the Morse taper shank's centerline. It's high accuracy ensure that it can support the workpieces while providing very close tolerance for the rotating workpiece;
2. Although we have our standard centers, we can always customize them exactly as per customer's application requirements. On request it can be made into live type, fixed type, heavy duty type with bearing steel and very high rotary accuracy;
3. Its Morse taper shank has more than 75% of its length contacting with the standard Morse taper ring gauge, and has a hardness within HRC40-45 and a roughness less than or equal to Ra0.40μ M.
